IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES

All orders placed After 12/14 will NOT be shipped before Christmas and will ship the first week of the new year. 

For domestic orders, we anticipate anything ordered prior to 12/15 will be shipped by 12/19 and arrive for Holiday delivery.

International customers should purchase as early as possible with a minimum of 4 business days for delivery- but longer should be expected, especially in the final week of holiday fulfilment. We cannot guarantee or safely estimate the delivery time for International customers. 

Any delays due to the high traffic period for postal services/customs are completely out of our hands. By cutting on shipping after the 14th, we are setting expectations for delivery to help ensure customers receive items purchased for gifts in a realistic timeframe. If you do NOT need your order for a gift and wish for us to wait until after the holiday rush to ship your order, please email us at andrew@kineticcollectibles.com to put a hold on your purchase.

All domestic orders are fulfilled from the US and shipped USPS with signature confirmation. When tracking is sent, please monitor packages to assure a smooth and safe delivery.

International orders will be sent via UPS or USPS, depending on your location. FedEx and UPS delivery are available to all customers by request. Email andrew@kineticcollectibles.com after purchase for additional instructions/fees for alternative shipping services. All applicable customs charges are due by the buyer upon delivery. 

Payment plans on items over $500 are available by inquiry. Email andrew@kineticcollectibles.com for terms and conditions. Please note, we will only reserve items once an agreement has been settled by both parties and a down payment has been made. An item will be designated for sale to other buyers until a deposit has been paid- act fast or you might miss out!  

Processing time on all orders is 5-15 business days. If needed sooner, please contact us at purchase. Items will be shipped securely, affixed to a masonite hard board (or the equivalent of several unbendable pieces of foam or card board) and packed in a box with additional cardboard protection. We pride ourselves on near-bombproof packaging.
